We will only ever give general advice about how to keep your cat healthy – we are not qualifed to give veterinary advice and we recommend extreme caution in taking any unqualified veterinary advice from the internet.
That said, there are a number of ways to help your cat stay healthy, and things you can do to help your cat if illness should loom its ugly head…
Getting the most out of your vet
Neutering and spaying your cat

Thank you for your comment Delia, and welcome to Cat Information! Inappropriate urination is a complex problem, with a number of causes and contributing factors, for instance cystitis, stress and management. I would strongly recommend that you find a veterinarian, if possible one with a special interest in cats, who is willing to discuss the issue with you. The problem should not be ignored. You have what is called a multi-cat household, so you will also need this information – note that with 4 cats you should have at least 4 litter trays: http://www.icatcare.org/advice-centre/cat-care/multi-cat-households-and-how-survive-them
